Zookey IQ provides measurement tools and software services that enable users to capture dimensions, analyze spaces, and order materials through participating hardware stores. The service consists of:

• The Zookey Stick physical measurement tool
• The Zookey IQ mobile application
• Material ordering and fulfillment services through partner stores
• AI-powered project planning and analysis features

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Zookey IQ, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Hardware Store Partnerships

Zookey IQ partners with local hardware stores for product distribution and order fulfillment. Each store operates independently, and transactions with stores are subject to their individual terms and policies. Zookey IQ is not responsible for store inventory, pricing, or fulfillment issues.

5. Accuracy of Measurements

While Zookey IQ strives for accuracy, measurements and calculations are estimates. Users should:

• Verify critical measurements independently
• Consult professionals for structural or safety-critical projects
• Account for material waste and cutting allowances

Zookey IQ is not liable for errors in measurements or resulting project issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Zookey IQ services are owned by Zookey IQ or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Users may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels

8. Subscription and Payments

Zookey IQ offers three subscription tiers:

• DIY tier: $9/month for homeowners with limited projects
• DIY Hands Free tier: $39/month with voice operation
• Pro tier: $199/month for contractors with unlimited projects

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zookey IQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zookey IQ, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the app. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law
